Amish Made Poly Furniture Warranty
Our products are carefully manufactured, selected, and shipped with the utmost care. Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase, in addition to or as stated under manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective upon delivery and we are notified within three days of delivery, you are eligible to receive a replacement item (shipped to you at no cost) or 100% refund, plus the cost of your shipping fees. If your furniture is damaged upon delivery, please hold the truck and notify us immediately by calling 844.344.0031. Make sure to take photos of the damage and email those photos, along with a description, to [email protected]. Save all packing material if your items have been delivered by common carrier.
If you are dissatisfied with your order due to workmanship, quality, fit, or other reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund in the amount of 100%, plus shipping. Refunds MUST be requested within 45 days of the initial order date. Refunds will be paid to you within 30 days of request. All merchandise returned to us must be shipped via our company carrier. Items that have been personalized or customized in a way that prohibits the item from being resold cannot be returned.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services.
